hey i love making smoothies!
i have two basic ones and i just like to mix and match ingredients depending on how i feel.
i never actually measure out stuff, i just do everything by eye, but here are the rough measurements
banana smoothie-
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
- 2/3 cup of almond milk
- sprinkle of cinnamon
you can also add mango and passionfruit for a tropical twist :)
berry smoothie-
- 1/2 cup of mixed (preferably frozen) berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 2/3 cup of almond milk
you can add a banana in this one too, it makes it really creamy!
